Run the day-to-day operation of the iFLY indoor skydiving tunnel in Ashburn, Virginia: scheduling, staffing, inventory, reporting and facility upkeep. Grow revenue through group events, STEM programmes and local partnerships, own the P&L, enforce safety standards and build the team. $80k to $90k plus performance bonus. Posted October 2026.
Requirements
3 to 5 years as a General Manager in a customer-facing business with direct P&L ownership. Bachelor's degree. Strong safety, leadership and hiring track record.
